PE Teacher (0.4FTE) with Cover Supervisor (0.6FTE)

Plymouth CAST Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a committed, enthusiastic and aspirational teacher to join the PE and Cover teams within St Boniface’s College.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic PE teacher who is committed to enhancing and creating extra-curricular opportunities for our students, to join our PE team who work with our boys at St Boniface. You will need to be able to teach a wide range of activities, experience of delivering the Cambridge National would be an advantage.
The role will include a 0.6FTE Cover Supervisor contract paid on the E Grade of the support staff pay scale to work alongside 0.4FTE of PE teaching and would therefore suit a newly qualified teacher looking to start their career. The position is initially for 1 Year.
We expect successful applicants to show within their application, and at interview, their passion for working with young people and be able to explain how they will embrace and support the Trust’s ethos.
St Boniface is a Roman Catholic, comprehensive, single-sex boy’s school with a mixed sixth form (at Notre Dame). We value our Catholic ethos, but you don’t need to be a Catholic to apply to work for either school. We ask that our staff support our ethos and Christian attitudes.
