Governing Body

Welcome to the Governors Section of the Website.

The St Boniface’s Catholic College Full governing body consists of 9 Governors. The Governors are volunteers and are drawn from various areas and skill sets. We have:

  • 5 Foundation Governors
  • 1 Community Governor
  • 1 Parent Governor
  • 2 Staff Governors

The governing body meets on a regular basis and is broken into 4 Committees which meet four times a year.

  • Personnel
  • Finance and Premises
  • Catholic Life
  • Teaching and Learning

The Full Governing Body meets 4 times a year and meet annually for a training session.

Our governors have a range of skills, experience and expertise to support the school and act as a “Critical Friend” to ensure the students receive the best possible education delivered in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Faith.
It is the governing body’s goal to ensure they support the Senior Leaders in the College and to meet regularly with both staff and students to gain an accurate picture of how the college functions and ensure strategies are put in place to enhance the college both academically and pastorally in harmony with our mission statement.
